As the founder and CEO of CHM Capital, Matthew has built and managed a portfolio of long term and short term rental properties across Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, giving him firsthand insight into what makes a property perform, not just sell.
Matthew holds an MBA from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Investment and Development from the University of Alabama. This academic foundation, paired with years of active investing, allows him to evaluate deals the way an investor does. Cash flow, comps, exit strategy, and long term value, not just curb appeal.
